A "Moving Lead" is the contact and relocation details of an individual in the United States actively seeking a quote or estimate from a licensed full-service moving company.

Each lead includes:

• Customer's full name
• Phone number and email address
• Origin and destination (City, State, ZIP)
• Estimated move date and approximate move size
• IP address (for verification purposes)

Lead data is delivered via email, SMS, or directly into your CRM through API integration. For live call transfers, details are transmitted during the call handoff.

We verify leads through phone, SMS, web forms, or partner data sources. Lead delivery may occur via email, SMS, CRM, or live call transfer.

Credit Requests

• Submit credit requests within 7 calendar days of lead delivery.
• Include evidence of contact attempts (call logs, emails, SMS timestamps).
• Leads verified by us through phone or SMS are not eligible for credit.

Eligible reasons for credit:

• Lead is for truck rental, car shipping, or mobile home relocation.
• Move date is more than 6 months in the future.
• Contact information is false or completely unreachable after reasonable attempts.
• If any contact method (phone, email, SMS) connects, the lead is deemed valid.

We determine credit eligibility based on internal verification. Approved credits apply to future leads only; no cash refunds are issued.

Automatic recharges (with authorization)

• We automatically recharge when your balance reaches $0 or when needed to satisfy your requested lead cap.
• You may revoke recharge authorization by written notice to your account representative and receiving confirmation.

Manual recharges (no authorization on file)

• We will contact you when your balance is low.
• We are not responsible for missed leads or service interruptions caused by insufficient balance or non-response.

Initial lead purchases are non-refundable.

• Initiating a credit-card chargeback for leads already delivered and not disputed through our credit process may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance or credits.
• If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to submit evidence to the card network and recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees.
• Unpaid balances may be referred to a collection agency or pursued through legal action; you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, court fees, and attorney's fees incurred.

• Initial lead purchases are non-refundable.
• Cancel future leads or subscriptions anytime with written email notice and confirmation from support.
• Cancellations process within 3–7 business days of confirmation.
• Business listings and subscriptions end with lead cancellation unless you request otherwise.
• No pro-rated refunds are given for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or suspected fraud.
• Non-payment or failed payment attempts.
• Abuse of the credit request process.
• Technical or security issues affecting service integrity.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from suspension or termination where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred.

Leads are for your business only. Redistribution, resale, sub-licensing, or use under another business name is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action for breach and damages.

All content, trademarks, software, and data provided through our platform remain the exclusive property of Network Moving Leads or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use leads solely for the purpose of contacting prospective customers for your moving services. This license terminates upon account cancellation or termination.

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by us, including pricing structures, lead sources, API credentials, and business processes.

This obligation survives termination of your account for a period of two (2) years.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of customer data solely to provide moving estimates and related follow-up.

We comply with applicable data protection laws and do not sell data outside the scope of lead distribution.

You are responsible for handling lead data in compliance with all applicable privacy and telemarketing laws, including the TCPA where applicable.

We strive for reliable lead delivery but may perform maintenance or experience outages. We will provide notice for scheduled downtime when feasible.

Your responsibility: maintain accurate contact endpoints (email, SMS numbers, CRM webhooks) and notify us of changes to prevent delivery failures.

No Guarantee of Results. We do not guarantee sales, conversions, lead accuracy beyond our stated verification process, or any specific business outcomes.

Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid for the specific lead(s) giving rise to the claim, or (b) the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Exclusion of Damages. In no event shall Network Moving Leads be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Network Moving Leads, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of leads.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your noncompliance with applicable laws (including telemarketing, consumer protection, and privacy laws).
• Any claim by a consumer arising from your contact or solicitation.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or pandemics.

• Good-faith resolution: Contact support@network-leads.com with details of your dispute; we will respond within 7 business days.
• Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Jurisdiction: For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will remain in effect after termination or expiration of these Terms.
